It’s called Bing Rewards.
Much like Swagbucks, your earn points by searching. But it is different. You earn points for clicking on certain things on your Dashboard. And you earn 1 point for every two searches, up to 15 points per day. You get to choose the reward you are working towards. You can choose a $5 Amazon gift card for 525 points. Or you can get 500 Swagbucks for 525 points. This is a better deal as it is only 450 Swagbucks for a $5 Amazon gift card. You are earning an extra 50 Swagbucks this way.
One of the easiest ways I have found to earn my 15 search points a day is to click on each story across the bottom on the Bing homepage, twice. I open each one in a new tab. It seems like “cheating” but I actually find I end up reading a number of the stories and articles.
For the month of March, every Monday you can earn twice as many search points. So you can earn 30 points. I find I just search for random things that I would normally just type into the address bar, like Facebook, to help get the points.
I’ve only been using Bing Rewards for a few weeks and I am already at 467 points. I should be earning enough for my first reward within the week. I am definitely looking forward to earning more Amazon gift cards. I find I use them for a lot of different things.
Update (5.6.14): Once you hit Gold Level (700 lifetime points) you can cash out at 475 points instead of 525. They also are now offering 10 daily points for mobile searching in addition to the 15 points for web searching.
