Today, I got up and drove the 40 minutes to the "big" city nearby to go to the expensive grocery store, Shaw's. Their every day prices are pretty steep. However, their sale prices are amazing. Plus, they are the only store I know of in the state (or at least near me) that doubles coupons up to 99 cents. I spend a total of $20.23 on everything pictured above. I saved $45.39. A 69% savings. Not an extreme couponer amount but still quite good. Here is the breakdown. 2 boxes Cheerios x … [Read more...]
2013: Determination
I belong to a wonderful message board for Christian moms. I'd share the website but it is my personal place to go and I don't want to share it. :)Some of the ladies choose a word each new year to live that year. Some of them choose things like peace and glorify and intentional. Some of them choose it for their Christian walk, some choose it for just how they want to live their life that year, some for other reasons.I don't normally do it. Just not my thing. I really need to get my butt to the kitchen and make the desserts. But instead, I decided to share pictures of some of our holiday decorations with you all. :) … [Read more...]
