There have been a few changes at Shaw’s recently. The first is that they got rid of the Shaw’s card. You no longer need a loyalty card to get the deals. Having the card never bothered me but I know many people who didn’t like it. So good news for them. Now everyone can get the same great sale price.
The other big news is that they will now be accepting competitor’s coupons. You can find out more about that here. Those coupons will not be doubling but that’s not a big deal in my opinion.
Saturday we had 7 hours in the car. Long day out in the sun, long day on the road. But I did convince Matt to stop at Shaw’s on the way home…even if it was 9pm. They were having one of their 3 day sales and I wanted to get a few things.
Here is what I purchased.
Six boxes of Barilla pasta—- Sale for $0.88/box, three $0.75/2 coupons that doubled….$0.13/box
Two 6oz. containers of raspberries…. Sale for $1.88/each
Total before sale and coupons….$14.80
Actually spent…..$4.42
Percentage saved of 70%!!
I love that I got 6 pounds of pasta for less than what I normally pay for 1 pound. Now I’m just waiting for good deals on Pepsi and cranberry juice again. We’re starting to get low on both.
Don’t forget that today is the last day to enter the Abigail’s Attic headband giveaway!! You have until midnight EST. Go here to enter. Good luck!

So jealous of your raspberry deal! I can’t even find raspberries here sometimes, much less that cheap.

Heather, you make up for it with all those milk and egg sales you have that I don’t. 🙂
