When Your Perfect Pregnancy Doesn’t Go As Planned
No one ever thinks it is going to happen to them. I mean, all those scary things that can happen in pregnancy always happen to other people, not you. Then one day, it does. Maybe it is something big, maybe it is a series of small things. Whatever it is, suddenly your perfect pregnancy doesn't go as planned. Been there, done that. Parenting Littles: The Moments That Are Worth It
I recently wrote a post called, The Silent Mommy War. Thanks to all of you, it has taken off like wildfire! So many other moms could relate. The tablets and the Advil are the only things that put a dent in the pain and fussiness. Small dent. She screamed every 30-45 minutes last … [Read more...]

Today is the first day of spring.....although you wouldn't know it to look out my window and see a foot of freshly fallen snow. Today is more important than that. Today is also Abby's first birthday!! It is just amazing how quickly that year went by. This time last year I was in the hospital recovering from a c-section. It was 70-80 degrees outside. I missed all the nice weather and was so mad about it. It's also amazing how much she changed and grew in a year. You'd think after … [Read more...]
