For our Christmas gift budget, I work really hard to spend no more than $10/person without it seeming cheap and not thoughtful. Sometimes I buy a more expensive item that is on clearance for the budgeted price. How Quickly A Year Goes By
Today is the first day of spring.....although you wouldn't know it to look out my window and see a foot of freshly fallen snow. Today is more important than that. Today is also Abby's first birthday!! It is just amazing how quickly that year went by. This time last year I was in the hospital recovering from a c-section. It was 70-80 degrees outside. Christmas Resolution: Final Check-In
Well. I did pretty good. Not great, but pretty good.There were still a few days where I didn't do as well as I wanted, mainly with the whole fold the laundry thing. Right before our two Christmases, I got quite busy with Christmas prep and just put the laundry, still in the baskets, in the bedroom to deal with later.I am still quite proud of how well I did other than that and the week that Abby was sick and teething. Christmas In Review
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Ours was a bit hectic but a very good first Christmas for Abby. She got to meet her cousins for the first time. They absolutely loved her and by the end of the day, she had decided that they were okay. :)She loved her gift from Santa.She loved the barn that Daddy picked out for her.
